I am currently working as a Software Quality Assurance Test Engineer at HCL America in Shreveport, LA.

  • Cooperated with developers to design and executed functional testing of ~1000 test scenarios. Acted as a subject-matter expert in functional and automation testing, carrying out ~10 training sessions for newcomers and stakeholders.
  • Designed and implemented an automated testing tool to enable accurate replication of test scenarios. Accelerated average QA testing turn-around time by ~50%, allowing to complete and compile QA testing reports within the timeframe without increasing staff.
  • Supervised and Documented software defects using a bug tracking system and reported defects involving program functionality with a 100% closure rate on Azure DevOps.
  • Delivered thorough QA testing reports that determined product quality and release readiness for each sprint cycle.
